Neverending Melody 🎧

My Galaxy 🎧

The Belgian Trance project of the Fire & Ice duet was launched by accident. Jurgen Leyers and Laurent Veronnez were at the Bonzai Truck during the Love Parade in Berlin in 1997. During the long bus journey from Antwerp to Berlin, they started talking about music. Jurgen was already part of a project called Energy Source at that time.

Laurent, on the other hand, started some successful projects that Jurgen liked very much. So one led to the other and a few months later they were already in the studio producing "Lost Emotions". There was no end to it. I want to draw your attention to the song "My Galaxy", which was released on the XTC label in 1999. This fantastic production was put on vinyl with their great track "Neverending Melody".

The song "My Galaxy" has not been fully appreciated, such as the productions of "Para Siempre", "Souvenir De Chine" or the aforementioned "Lost Emotions". However, for me it is a unique material. It shows the craftsmanship and enormous talent of these producers. This is a great entry to a high level. It gives amazing energy. Added to this is a pleasant vocal accent. This combination has a magical effect. A great melody that I often come back to because it has a galactic feel to it. It is an amazing brilliant with their rich creativity. Thank you Jurgen and Laurent for all the wealth you have given to Trance music fans.

INGE LEMON - HUMANOID INTELLIGENCE         (ALBUM INTERVIEW - Visions Of Trance) 1. Hi, you just released your debut album, "Humanoid Intelligence." Where did the idea for the title come from? It’s in the title — it’s made with humanoid intelligence: me and AI. We’re in a moment of change. Music is no longer shaped only by human intelligence, and I see that as evolution, not a problem. Many artists are already using AI quietly — I just chose to do it openly. For me, it’s a tool to push ideas and emotion, just like artists have always used new technology. At the same time, I don’t believe organic, human-made music will ever disappear. That will always have its place. This is simply another layer — not a replacement. 2. What inspired you to write your debut studio album? Curiosity, more than anything. I had already been working on an album for over a year when I started experimenting with AI — and that’s when things became interesting. I used ...
