Kaimo shared a few points about his work. I invite you to an interview conducted only for Visions Of Trance. 1. What is trance music to you? Trance music for me is a feeling/euphoria. It really is a state (of trance) if you will. A moment where you can get lost and carried away and forget everything else. Was that too cheesy answer haha? 2. How do you perceive the state of the current trance music scene? I think the current scene is in a pretty good state at the moment. There’s plenty of newcomers who aren’t afraid to experiment and borrow sounds from other genres aswell. Of course there’s always this so called „template music“ but thats the thing with other genres aswell, right? 3. ...

The title track and the vinyl B-side, "Sunset," were released by Camouflage.  "Melody" is a classic track, characteristic of the genre. It is known for its energetic tempo, uplifting sounds, and emotional breakdowns, which gained popularity in clubs. It is often associated with the fast, emotional trance sound of the early 2000s. A leading production in the extensive catalog of the Belgian legend.  The chords in "Sunset" are palpable everywhere. Its magical sound is wonderful to experience on the warm sand of a be...

He has collaborated with other artists in the trance scene. Simon shares a few things about trance music. Check out this exclusive interview with Visions of Trance. 1. What Is Trance Music To You? Trance music is a feeling, a journey from start to finish which builds an emotional connection. 2. How do you perceive the state of the current trance music scene? At the moment, the trance music scene is strong. I have seen a resurgence of faster paced trance (Nitrous Oxide – Stardust is a perfect example and absolutely banging!) and also a welcome return of the trance 2.0 sound with those searing basslines and huge impactful drops! Farius has championed that sound in two of his more recent Anjunabeats releases and it has all the feels of the 2010-2016 era with some modern twists! I am excite...

"Claps" is a legendary collaboration with his compatriot Oli BΓΆhm. The track was released on CD and vinyl with several interesting versions.  I especially remember the Radio Mix, which has been used in other artists' sets in the past. The spoken vocals are fantastic here. The track has elements of Hard Trance, making it a classic. An unforgettable melody line that I rediscovered after many years.  I honestly have to admit that I forgot about this production for many years. In the past, I played this track often in my car and on my home system. Thanks, Roger, for providi...
