In 2002, the world's best DJ/producer decided to release his material at the highest level. Previously known for his numerous remixes and tracks featured on major club compilations, he first broke into the mainstream in 1991, playing at the famous "Hacienda" club in Manchester. After that, no good Ibiza party could take place without him. Who's behind it? Of course, it's Alexander Paul Coe, aka Sasha.


"Magnetic North" by Sasha is a legendary track by this Welsh producer, released on July 29, 2002, on Kinetic Records. Charlie May collaborated with him on this track. It's track #3 from the album Airdrawndagger. It has a tempo of 130BPM, which makes the song's tempo perfectly matched. This line of electronic music completely pierces my soul and my body. Every element has a significant impact on me returning to this track again and again. It showcases a wide range of melodies that are beautiful to listen to in the lap of nature, gazing deep into the distance. 


It has everything. The right tempo, an incredible melody, a delicate bass, and a crystalline quality of the melding sounds. In my opinion, this is a Top 3 production from the Welsh artist. It's second only to the timeless "Xpander" and "Wavy Gravy," and ahead of a group of other great productions from this guy.
