Electronic music is one of the most fascinating threads in the history of many bands and stars of the stage. Almost every great artist draws from this trend in the course of his career. The icons of world electronic music are the French composer Jean-Michel Jarre and the German band Kraftwerk, who exerted a huge influence on its development and shape. Certainly, the Daft Punk project has a great influence on the development of electronic music in France. The Trance scene in this country is not that small at all. It is true that there are not as many recognized names or surnames here as in countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, but surely each of you has at least one favorite trance artist from this country. I present a ranking of my favorite artists from France who do not necessarily have to be seen as the best. I simply reach for their music and it is the closest to me. I got to know the music of most of these projects over the years. The order on the list was determined by the taste in music, releases in labels and the number of songs. Released albums and compilations also had a significant impact on the position in the ranking. The list included several projects that included producers from another country who combined their skills with French artists. Therefore, such projects are not fully French, but have made a significant contribution to the development of the trance scene. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with this list and the work of these artists.
