Revati (Ten Questions with...) Exclusive Interview
1. What is Trance music to you?
Trance to me is all about feeling and emotion and it needs to tell a story and it brings people together it's a happy place.
2. How do you preceive the state of the current trance music scene?
At the moment alot of trance is sounding generic and sounding the same. I think as a artist you need to be different and have your own sound and follow your own path.
I think more is needed when it comes to creativity.
More creative less numbers of generic music.
3. What are your goals in producing trance music?
My goals in producing trance music is... If I can make people feel good and my music can help people then that is my goal.
4. Who was your inspiration to start producing trance music?
Out of all the artists that made me want to start producing music is Cold Blue he is so talented and he is so different from any other artist on this planet. He always inspires me.
5. Which song are you most proud of and why?
Answer - The song I am proud of is Ward 17 because the track was made for my father when he was in hospital he was very poorly he had lung cancer. The emotion I felt I put into the track it's definitely the most important track I ever done. I lost my father a year ago sadly and every time I play it or i hear it it reminds me of him. There's so much emotion in that track.
6. Will your future releases be collaborations with other artists? Are you more into solo productions?
I think I am focusing more on my solo releases for now as I have worked with a few artists already over the past 2 years. So maybe in the future yes.

8. What hardware and software do you use to create trance music?
I use spire and sylenth mostly and kontakt instruments.
9. How do you preceive the influence of social media on the career development of a trance artist?
Social media is good for promotion it helps to promote yourself and the lable that you are signed too.
Also meet artists and it's a good for networking and meeting new freinds in the industry.
Thats the most positive about social media but the negative part I would say you can get drawn into the negativity of it all and it's not good as a artist to get drawn into that scenario because it has a impact on your creativity and mood when it comes to making music.
So a little bit of socials is enough I would say and not too much.
So I think personally is don't get stuck in the social loop if you want to be creative.
The time wasted on socials can be gained in music production.
10. Finally what would you like to say to your fans?
I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supports my music and myself as artist because without you this wouldn't happen.
Thank you to the bottom of my heart and keep your ears open to more new music from me.
Many thanks, Revati.
