Belgian-born DJ Nico Parisi has been one of the silent strongholder of the Benelux-nightlife-scene for almost three decades now. In 1996, when he put his first steps into the nightlife, he immediately started producing because he realised the importance of being an artist as well as a producer.

With releases on iconic labels, some have become classics over the years, some remained in the underground, Nico Parisi has become a household name in the scene.



After having released tracks on labels such as Dance Opera, AtmoZ, Bonzai Music, In Trance We Trust, Armada Music, Nico released METRO on his own DANZA label in 2006. This original version was created by Erik Hubo and Nico Parisi. 

Because the sound of this track was lightyears ahead of other electronic music tracks, it has always been around ever since. In the Summer of 2023 it blew up for a second time in a cover-version by Kevin De Vries & Mau P, becoming probably the most-played track on festivals worldwide.

In 2024 NICO PARISI releases the ultimate, final version of this anthem. The well-known legendary riff now gets company from an amazing female topline - Billie Bentein.
