Trance emerged as a fully-fledged electronic music genre in the early 90s, combining melody, harmony, and repetition to create otherworldly, sensory-stirring experiences. Trance's history is rich, spanning different eras and regions, reaching millions of people along the way.
THE VISIONS OF SHIVA is a project founded by two German producers Harald Blüchel (Cosmic Baby) & Matthias Paul (PAUL VAN DYK). The cooperation began in 1992 on their first legendary Perfect Day vinyl, which was released at the renowned Berlin independent label MFS Records. In 1993, the second and final vinyl Visions of Shiva "How Much Can You Take?" Was released. After the release of this production, Paul van Dyk and Cosmic Baby followed their own music path. It's been 32 years since their cooperation began. Trance's music was different at the time than it is now. Today there are many more possibilities to produce a song.
"Perfect Day" provides elements of piano and amazing synthesizers. In the second part, the sound of the piano combined with mysterious vocals is added. These are definitely the golden melodies of the first half of the nineties. "Perfect Night" is an even better track. It provides a more pleasant melody for the ear. It can absorb its entire structure faster. A more rhythmic track than its predecessor. A really solid composition, which won me over even faster. The last from this release is "Perfect Morning". This is the ambient version of this vinyl record. The shortest track of this release, but supported by a nice contrast of sounds. A pleasant summary of this collaboration of two legendary producers. A must-have for fans of Trance music vinyl records.
