It was released on vinyl with another track "So Please" in October 2004 on A State Of Trance. He was ASOT's biggest song this year. "CQ" has been featured on many compilations, such as "Dream Dance Volume 34", as well as on the CD "Universal Religion 2004" by Armin van Buuren. The single's success gave DJs such as Armin, Paul van Dyk, Tiësto and Gabriel & Dresden the opportunity to play one of the hottest and most coveted tracks of the year.
